GENERAL QUESTIONS

We specialise in custom tattoos, flash tattoos, body piercings and laser tattoo removal. Our experienced artists offer a variety of tattoo styles, including blackwork, realism, traditional and fine line tattoos.

We are based in Salisbury, located at 87 Crane Street, Wiltshire, SP1 2PU. Visit our Contact Us page for directions.

We are open from Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM. Walk-ins are welcome if availability allows, but we recommend booking in advance and calling the studio as opening hours may vary.

TATTOO QUESTIONS

You can book a session by visiting our Booking page, contacting us on social media or calling us at 01722 410767. A tattoo consultation is available if you need advice before committing to a design.

Pain levels depend on placement and individual tolerance. Areas with thin skin or close to bone (ribs, hands, feet) tend to hurt more, while areas like the forearm and thigh are less painful. Read our Tattoo Pain Guide for details.

Yes! We specialise in tattoo cover-ups and can redesign an old tattoo into a fresh new piece. Book a cover-up consultation to explore your options.

Tattoo Aftercare Questions

- Wash gently with fragrance-free soap.

- Apply a thin layer of tattoo-safe ointment.

- Avoid picking scabs, excessive moisturising and direct sunlight.

- Keep it clean and dry to prevent infections.

Read our Tattoo Aftercare Guide for full instructions.

Most tattoos take 2–4 weeks to heal on the surface, but deeper layers of skin can take up to 6 weeks. During healing, expect peeling, scabbing and minor itching. Learn more in our Tattoo Aftercare Guide.

Piercing QUESTIONS

You can book a piercing appointment by contacting us directly on social media, call us on 01722 410 767 or book online using our piercers website LINK HERE.

We offer ear, nose, lip, eyebrow, tongue, septum, navel and many other piercings, using high-quality, sterile jewellery. Visit our Piercing page for a full list of areas available.

Healing times vary depending on each individual:

  • Ear piercings: 6–12 weeks
  • Nose piercings: 4–6 months

Read our Piercing Aftercare Tips for full details.

We are appointment only for piercings, this gives us time to prepare for your appointment and allows us allocate enough time to give each customer the care and attention needed for a top quality service.

Laser Tattoo Removal Questions

Each tattoo and person is different when it comes to laser tattoo removal. Most tattoos require 4–10 sessions, depending on factors like age, colour, depth and location. Black ink is the easiest to remove.

It feels similar to a rubber band snapping against your skin. The discomfort level is comparable to getting a tattoo, but the sessions are much shorter.

The tattoo removal cost depends on tattoo size, colour and complexity. Contact us for a consultation and price estimate.

Booking & Policy Questions

Yes, a 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking. Deposits are non-refundable but check our cancellation policy for information about transferring your deposit if you do need to reschedule an appointment.

If you cancel or reschedule within 72 hours of your booking, your deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to rebook your tattoo.

Only the person getting tattooed or pierced is allowed in the service area. Friends and family can wait in our reception area. Children under 18 are not permitted in the tattoo studio area and cannot be unattended in the waiting area.
